Mind my Migraine 3-month Programme
1. Step One
After our initial discovery call and before your first appointment, you'll be asked to complete a 5–7 day food diary along with a health questionnaire. This helps us make the most of our time together from the get-go.
2. Step Two
Your first consultation is where we really get to know you – your health and medical history, current symptoms, and what you hope to achieve. It’s a chance for us to take a proper deep dive.
3. Step Three
Based on that consultation, you’ll receive a fully personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan. This includes supplement suggestions, recipe ideas, and shopping guidance – all tailored specifically to you. No two plans are the same. If needed, we may recommend referrals or specific diagnostic or functional testing to give us a clearer picture of your health and how best to support you.
4. Step Four
During our follow-up appointments, (one after 4 weeks and one at the end of 3 months) we’ll continue to work through your plan, adjusting and building on it as your health improves. Some interim check-ins are also included, so I can support you in putting everything into practice as we move through the programme together.
